Automatic Password Reset If your Online AST Directory information is up-to-date, your password can be automatically reset via email. 1.  Select your State and Chapter Number. 2.  Choose an email address to send the password-reset email. 3.  When the email arrives, click on the link in the email. 4.  The link will direct you to a secure page where you can set a new password.
